Digital workshop on Roma folklore, celebrations and rituals in video format – mobile and web application
The digital workshop is designed to increase access to Roma culture minorities in the target territories and, in parallel, to increase their involvement in organizing cultural events, preservation and socialization of the local movable cultural heritage. It is an electronic tool / mobile application and web application / that will function on the phones and tablets of local residents; community center workers; performers and audience – participating in folklore celebrations, rites and rituals in the target territories: the villages of Jagodovo, Bolyartsi, Joakim Gruevo and Malo Konare. The Internet applications, for each of the target villages, will have its own Internet address /URL – domain.
1 . Structure, topics and formats of the created digital content, organized in the individual modules in the web application.
For this purpose, the main domain – https://folkworkshop.eu – has been registered. From the main domain, four independent directory domains have been created, which create autonomy and independence of the sites serving different rural communities:

Created content management system supporting online video content – of the “Vlog” type (Vlog) – in several categories, according to the cultural elements of the holidays, rituals and rites – music, dances, costumes, cooking, etc.
2 . Digital workshop for Roma folklore, celebrations and rituals – Organizational module
The organizational module is aimed at satisfying the needs of the organizers of the holiday rituals for information about the services offered in the locality and on the Internet related to the preparation and holding of the celebrations. The content of this module is informative and educational in nature – a description of the needs for various types of services and products and information: where and in what way they can be searched for and found. This module will not contain information about individual suppliers, but only guidelines to increase the consumer literacy of event organizers
In the Organization module, information is presented, which is also visualized on a Google map information layer. Each of the elements related to the signing of a civil or church marriage is marked with its location and a brief profile.

For the needs of the local community in the village of Joakim Gruevo, a relatively autonomous/independent web application has been created with a URL address that includes the main registered domain and the name of the settlement / the village of Joakim Gruevo /– as a separate directory of this domain: https://folkworkshop.eu/yoakim-gruevo . On the “home page” of the website, the main options for concluding a civil or church marriage are presented, as well as how wedding celebrations can be organized

3 . “Digital Workshop on Roma Folklore, Celebrations and Rituals – Presentation Module
The electronic tools Presentation module in the mobile and web applications allow to capture, publish and view video clips – reflecting folklore events, celebrations and rituals. They create possibilities for publishing and categorizing the video clips according to the type and genre of the respective folk arts.
Users of the target categories, as well as other groups of people, will be able to watch the video clips on their phones – regardless of where they are and regardless of whether they are covered in real time, “live” or visualize past events .
These functionalities of the Digital Workshop increase access to organized local folklore celebrations and rituals; attract new audiences – through the convenience of watching videos on personal phones and other mobile devices.
The presentation module is developed in four main categories: Rites, customs and rituals before the celebration; Rites, customs and rituals during the celebration; Rites, customs and rituals after the celebration and Artistic elements of the wedding celebration.

- Created a mobile application to simplify and connect the various processes for creating and publishing videos
The mobile application was created to optimize the use of the “Digital Workshop” by users, through their personal phone devices. The electronic content can be viewed without the help of an Internet browser and is visualized directly on smartphones – without delay and with minimal requirements for the corresponding access to the Internet network.
