Project Management “Activity Report”
The implementation of the activity started in the first project month and engaged a team of highly qualified specialists.
- project manager, of an employment contract, who was responsible for the overall implementation of the project. carry out interconnection and coordination between the members of the partner consortium and the leaders of the Roma communities in the target settlements;
- coordinator – carried out the implementation of the Communication Plan;
- expert – ethnic folklore – provided methodical support to local Roma leaders and implementation of innovative techniques for cultural animation;
- accountant.- led regular and precise financial accounting reporting for the implementation of the project. by collecting, arranging and storing the internal project implementation documentation to ensure proper documentation of project implementation activities and their availability and easy use upon request by national and European control authorities.
During the entire period, the activity was carried out in full. All elements of good governance are covered. The work of the organization was based on the principle of transparency.
Information about the project is freely available to anyone interested on the organization’s website. Team meetings were held monthly.
Internal monitoring, assessment of project implementation and achieved results by the management team was carried out through a detailed plan for monitoring and control of project activities and the project budget.
The planned direct participation of the target groups in the project activities was implemented, through another principle of good management – inclusion. In all activities, the principles were advocated and observed: equality, supremacy of the law, capacity and competences and responsibility to people’s needs.
Reports containing full information on all aspects of project implementation were prepared.
- control over the admissibility and expediency of the costs incurred on the project;
- compliance with the principles of good financial management;
- compliance with the rules and procedures under PMS 118;
- verification and control over the application of the requirements for publicity and information;
- verification of technical and financial reporting on the financed project
The main methods of implementation of all project activities were:
- Methodology for involving participants in virtual cultural and educational events. The project team worked to promote and actively involve the target group in the created digital spaces. At the launch of each activity, team members also held numerous personal meetings with representatives of the target group and leaders of the Roma community.
- Implementation of an electronic system for communication and management of project activities. A wide range of methods were used to communicate and involve the local Roma communities in cooperation to achieve the expected results. A multifunctional information site contributed to transparency in the work on the project and a report of the achieved results – in front of all interested parties and mass media.
- Monitoring by the project team on the broadcasting of cultural and educational events and the creation of electronic tools. The implementation of all activities was monitored, with a member of the project management team making weekly site visits and monitoring the organization and quality of the activity.
The results are:
- Implemented electronic management and quality control system for project activities.
- Prepared and approved interim technical and financial reports;
- Successfully implemented project, in accordance with the principles of good governance
